Incredible customer service!!! Honestly so sweet and cheery! Wonderful array of selections and delicious flavors!! This will be our spot! We moved across town and I’m so happy we found an Amazing donut place!! 🍩🍩🍩❤️❤️❤️

Wanted to try the famous Judy’s donuts in Fresno and experience was great. Noon on Wednesday and had a great pick - got a full box and a free bonus donut. Super happy we tried it out.

TLdR: quick service for relatively inexpensive doughnuts Two doughnuts came out to $4.50 so not bad for the price, the regular doughnuts are under $2. Taste-wise they are fine, just regular donuts at a fast pace with fair prices, nothing to complain about!

I don’t know if there been a recent ownership change in this location but boy was a completely different experience than it has been in the recent past. This will be the last time I ever buy anything from Judy’s Donuts. To start with, the staff was super icy when addressing customers. It felt as if our presence in their shop was an inconvenience to them. On top of that, there were 2 DoorDash drivers that showed up and they got priority service among those that were already waiting… not a fan of that. Not sure why online orders get a free pass to the front of the line but it’s a strange feeling to have someone fling the door open and shove themselves in front of everyone else like it’s an emergency. If you want to give delivery services a fast option to pick up orders than have a different pick up spot than your organic in person customers. The donuts themselves were not Fresh. Minimum they were day old donuts. Cold and stale. Thats unacceptable no matter the price but even more so if you’re going to pay $21 for a dozen. Worst experience I’ve ever had buying donuts! That wasn’t always the case that this location. Just a few months ago the owners were a husband/wife team

My lady and I woke up wanting a great donut spot and found this highly rated spot and boy did it suck. For being 9am on a Saturday morning you would think donuts will be fresh, warm and/or at the least soft. Wrong! They tasted old, cold, and firm like too long in open air. People with no taste, stop giving 5 stars and deceiving everyone else! Or they are farming for reviews lol
